The Sound Bath Experience at

Impact Training

Life Elevated hosts free, monthly Sound Baths at Impact Training on the first Monday of every month. Using singing bowls, Indigenous American flute, and other instruments, we mimic the sounds of nature to deepen connections between the body, spirit, and the universe.

The Sound Bath experience is an energy healing session unlike any other. We welcome all to our monthly sessions as we heal with you through the transformative sounds of the universal energy.

Being Prepared is Simple

The best part is that you don’t have to do anything but show up in comfortable clothing and receive the sound around you while laying peacefully. You can bring a yoga mat or blanket and pillow.

Our Purpose

The Impact Trainings were co-founded by Hans and Sally Berger in 1985 and re located in Bluffdale, Utah. Our purpose is to create a safe environment where you “take on your life” and learn to “live life instead of life living you”. We provide experiential trainings that assist you in coming to the knowledge of who you truly are.
